Council Valley Ambulance EMS Director

The EMS Director for the Council Valley Ambulance District is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and operational oversight of the district’s Emergency Medical Services. This position ensures the delivery of high-quality pre-hospital care, compliance with all relevant regulations, and efficient use of resources. The EMS Director reports directly to the Board of Directors and serves as the primary liaison between the district, staff, volunteers, regulatory agencies, and the community. Detention Position

Adams County Sheriff’s Office is currently accepting applications for the Detention Division. Deputies will ensure the basic needs of inmates are being met in a safe and controlled environment. This position will monitor all activity within the jail and respond to situations that arise. Detention officers will be responsible for ensuring the safe transport of inmates. Deputies may be exposed to violent behaviors and to verbal abuse by the inmates.

Adams County is a community-oriented office seeking motivated, career-minded officers who will be responsible for performing a variety of duties involving the enforcement of state and local laws and ordinances. They will be required to respond to calls of service, conduct criminal and non-criminal investigations; make arrests and to perform other assigned law enforcement and public safety duties. Deputies will be required to conduct investigation of crimes, accidents, enforcing traffic regulations and perform a variety of technical and administrative tasks.
