8:00 to 10:00 am (In office). After that time,he can be reached in the field by calling his cell number.

The Department secretary can be reached at the office, except during the lunch hour. She is available to assist with general questions.

Plans may be dropped off at the office, information picked up, and messages left with her.

Adams County Emergency Management is the local government agency responsible for disaster preparedness and the coordination of response to emergencies and disasters. It is operated with the cooperation and supervision of the Adams County Board of Commissioners and works closely with local volunteer organizations and law enforcement, as well as state and federal emergency response agencies.

Don Horton is the official Emergency Management Coordinator for Adams County.
